RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SOMERSET COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY MEETINGS FOR 2010

 WHEREAS, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, New Jersey, effective January 20, 1976 also known as “The Open Public Meetings Act”, required in part that the public body gives adequate written notice of time, location and dates of meeting to be held by such body; and

WHEREAS, the Board of the Somerset County Improvement Authority has determined to hold its regular meetings during calendar year 2010 at specific times and dates; and
 
WHEREAS, such a schedule is to be noted in publication and posted on the County bulletin board to announce such meetings for the remainder of 2010; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Somerset County Improvement Authority that its monthly meetings shall be held at 2pm in the Freeholder Meeting Room, Third Floor, County Administration Building, 20 Grove Street, Somerville, New Jersey as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such meetings are to be held, canceled or postponed at the discretion of the Chairman of the Somerset County Improvement Authority based on the need for such meetings and that any cancellation or postponement shall be noted in the official newspaper at least three days prior to the published date of the meeting. 
I, MICHAEL AMOROSA, Secretary of the Somerset County Improvement Authority, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by said Improvement Authority at its adjourned meeting of November 17, 2009.
